Since frenzy is on a BSD license
and
ftp://ftp.opennet.ru/pub/FreeBSD/Frenzy/1.0/frenzy-1.0-ext-EN.iso
has GPL programs in its frenzy.uzip
and frenzy.uzip is loaded at frenzy's live cd system startup as a module, these things would make it frenzy-1.0-ext-EN.iso GPL too, right?
if i'm wrong, can someone tell me how to remaster frenzy-1.0-ext-EN.iso to remove GPL programs on it and add wine, java and my college project in it using a Windows XP PC with a 1GB FAT32 partition, a CDROM drive and a CDRW drive?
i'm going to include it in my college SP FilipinoDictionary, ty in advance

GPL License says: "In addition, mere aggregation of another work not based on the Program with the Program (or with a work based on the Program) on a volume of a storage or distribution medium does not bring the other work under the scope of this License."
So, when I use BSD license for distribution itself, it does not violate GPL license - all software packages in Frenzy distributed on it's own license.

You may read info on creation of your own distribution here:

Info about Frenzy remastering currently can be found only in Russian forum on this website. Maybe, soon it will be included to documentation.
